"I have been making jewellery since my teens, and later on in life assisted my father, Breon O’Casey, in his jewellery workshop. It is from my father that I learnt to keep things simple; and the traditional techniques that I use, such as working the metal with a hammer, add to this simplicity.
"I work in silver, 18ct gold and semi-precious stones and I aim to create jewellery that is wearable, elegant and individual. I have been lucky enough to have exhibited in specialist craft galleries around the country." Duibhne Gough
