The gallery

White Space Art opened in the heart of Totnes in May 2003 and is run by husband and wife, Jolyon White and Sarah Bowman. The gallery has quickly created a reputation for exhibiting a tasteful and carefully curated selection of fine art by upcoming and well-known south-west and national artists.

Work is selected on quality, not geography or reputation. If the artist is well known, great. If they're not, well, even better. We want to display work that inspires us, and hopefully you, too. We have tried to create a space that enhances the work: a relaxed but refined gallery.

Located in the beautiful South Hams region of Devon, Totnes neighbours the artistic community of Dartington and is perfectly positioned between the coast and Dartmoor. London is an easy journey by train.

Once in Totnes, we're easy to find, situated just below the historic clock tower.
